Planes and stuff

Por hoje fica um registo de um TAP por terras Helvéticas, como se nota facilmente pelo tráfego e bandeira ao fundo :) TAP A321 CS-TJE chegando ao stand, em Zurique (LSZH / ZRH)

Há aquele velho ditado que diz que à terceira é de vez mas, no caso do CS-TJE, só mesmo à quinta.... O final da semana passada ficou marcado pela meteorologia pouco favorável no aeroporto da Madeira, em especial devido aos ventos fortes e cruzados que se faziam sentir. Nos dois dias anteriores o A321 da TAP CS-TJE já tinha efectuado 4 voos para a Madeira, não conseguindo aterrar em nenhuma das vezes, regressando assim à origem... No Sábado à tarde, as condições de vento já estavam bem mais favoráveis e finalmente, o quinto voo deste aparelho conseguiu aterrar... Não sei mas...imagino que as palmas devem ter sido muitas, lá dentro... :)

A foto da semana, vai novamente dedicada aos TAP. Neste caso, umas que ainda não tinha tratado, de Março do ano passado. Um panning ao A321 da TAP, CS-TJE Curiosamente, neste dia apanhei igualmente o CS-TNL... :)

Lately, Easyjet's A320 G-EZUI has been doing a lot of flights from London Gatwick. It's a nice one but, Easyjet has now a lot more plane with some special liveries or stickers...would be nice to get those, also.... landing on runway 05 with the Otimist class boats from Santa Cruz nautical club in the sea  push-back

Por hoje ficam 3 registos da aterragem do A320 da TAP CS-TQD, aterrando num Sábado tarde deste mês... Curiosamente o CS-TQD foi um aparelho que já tive oportunidade de fotografar nas cores Air Luxor...Podem ver algumas dessas fotos AQUI no holding point do taxiway Charlie , o seu "irmão" maior, o A321 CS-TJE aguardava autorização de entrada na pista...  E, por fim, um registo deste aparelho ainda nas cores Air Luxor.... 9 de Outubro de 2004, descolando da 05. De Out.2005 até 2006 ainda faria parte da sucessora da Air Luxor, a Hi Fly, passando à TAP em Junho de 2006.

Last Friday night Smartlynx made the first flight of its operation from Tallinn. Arrived after mid-night around half an hour late (which isn't that bad...) Anyway, was expecting it would be parked in front of the terminal balcony....well, it didn't.... They parked it on A09, behind a "bunch" of TAP's and ladders and other stuff from Ground Force... Also...it's strange but many airlines still don't get the importance of spotting and spotters to free marketing... With so many liveries and a new livery widelly announced on its website, was expecting some interesting livery....well...it wasn't... It was a white "fridge" with a blue tail....nice... :( Anyway took the time for some TAP night shots, together with Paulo Olim, from Asas Madeira Blog.... Will share them later, on another post. Hey! No Red Circle in the corner...it's not that kind of Quicky... Yesterday I was at Santa Cruz, so before leaving to Funchal, had to (of course) make a stop at the airport. As I arrived at the parking behind the runway, noticed that the Portuguese Air Force Aviocar was taxiing to the stand...!!! Hadn't the radio on but, at that time of the night, it could only be a "Medic36" flight: a Medical Evacuation from the neighbour smaller island of Porto Santo. Turned my car around and left in a hurry for the terminal, has the terminal balcony would be the only place to get some nice pics of it. Unfortunatelly, when I arrived at the balcony, it was already entering the runway to return to Porto Santo...Big Miss!!! It was a unique oportunity to photograph this propeller plane at night with the propellers running and the lights/beacons on... Too bad...took some quick pics of some of the night traffic and left... This Netjets Hawk 800 was a nice catch, as bizjet's are allwa...
