Planes and stuff

Lately I've been posting some entries on Porto Santo. If you're planning your next vacations you definitely must check this destination, specially if your looking for a relaxing vacations  (but, plenty of things to do if you need some vacations with a few more "exercise"....)

Probably no posts during next days... On vacations...Still will take the oportunity for some aviation shots but will only upload them later, at home... Around here the traffic is definitelly better than previous years althought nothing too special or too diferent from Madeira...well... at least is a diferent place... See you in a few days...

This week, noticed in an Aviation Forum ( aviacaoportugal.net ) a link for a page where you can see webcams from Airports all over Europe. (Check the link on the right...) While  browsing this page, I found that there was one Webcam at Aeroclub de Mahon at Menorca, in San Luis Aerodrome . Really not much traffic (only a few small planes) but it was interesting as I've been there during the summer vacations. Passing by in San Luís I noticed the plate indicating an airfield, it was already getting dark and we were returning to the Hotel. With my daughter sleeping in the back of the car we decided to have a look (I decided...my wife agreed..lol). Noting really special but it's allways interesting for me to visit these kind of places as in Madeira we only have the Intl. Airport and nothing like these small airfields where you can see small planes and be right next to them... LESL - Real Aeroclube de Maó

Today we ended up having a couple of Tuifly special liveries for the first time (the Golden Haribo and the VW Sharan....) Too bad for me, couldn't get it... There's lots of delayed updates on some really nice traffic, let's see if I'll get things running soon. See you in a week or so....

Haven't been updating lately but, hey...a guy deserves some vacations now and then.... Anyway, haven't forgotten planes...(how could I??) A couple of nights ago, made a premiere on my colection with some White A320 night shots. Other traffic I'm getting, includes a Swiss small bird in transit to Ponta Delgada, and some shots of PoAF Aviocar (not very good...unfortunately). Also a couple of days ago, took some shots of PoAF EH-101 Merlin after its arrival. They went for a rescue mission of some guy that went into a rock for some fishing or so and got stuck when the tide went up... Also just the other day, managed to get, for the second time ever, the arrival of CS-TKO, Sata's new A320 just by pure luck.... Traffic as also included a stop of a PoAf Falcon 50 during lunch time and a few shots of NEOS, nothing really special but anyway its diferent traffic than the one we usually have at Madeira... The big catch should be on the 1st of August with the shedulled arrival of ...
