Back to 2005, at the Paris Air Show 2005, a shot of N6066Z, the demonstrator for the Boeing 777LR Shot taken less than a month after the first flight. Later (March 2006), became AP-BGZ, on Pakistan International Airlines.

O site de aviação militar " Pássaro de Ferro ", publicou recentemente um artigo relativamente à possibilidade da Força Aérea Portuguesa vir a efectuar o treino avançado dos seus pilotos de caça em aparelhos M-346 alugados, num projecto a desenvolver com outros parceiros, na Base Aérea de Beja. Podem ver o artigo AQUI Entretanto, uma boa oportunidade para partilhar um registo, que estava "a ganhar pó" no arquivo, do protótipo 002 deste aparelho, apresentado pela então Alenia Aermacchi no Paris Air Show de 2005, ainda no primário:

De regresso a 2005 e ao Paris Air Show desse ano, fica a foto da semana... Inicialmente tinha pensado em dedicar a foto ao aparelho que foi concorrente directo do C-295, na substituição do Aviocar, na Força Aérea Portuguesa mas, a verdade é que as fotos que tirei desse avião deixaram muito a desejar.... Fica então este registo do Panavia Tornado IDS da Força Aérea Italiana (Aeronautica Militare), que era um aparelho que desde muito novo também tinha um lugar bem especial na minha admiração pela aviação militar e que já tinha tido oportunidade de ver pela Madeira e Porto Santo (pertencentes à Luftwaffe)

Assinalam-se hoje 10 anos sobre o primeiro voo do protótipo do Airbus A380. Sem dúvida uma data a assinalar.. Deixo as análises de sucesso e / ou perspectivas de futuro para outros... Por aqui, partilho 4 fotos do F-WWOW, precisamente o A380 com o c/n: 001, que tive a felicidade de poder fazer apenas um par de meses após o primeiro voo, aquando do Paris Air Show 2005, em Le Bourget, certame onde foi apresentado o aparelho. Fuselagem frontal, com as companhias de lançamento do aparelho Bons voos!

O dia D foi há precisamente 70 anos. Fica um registo de um C-47 (42-100558) presente em Le Bourget, com a pintura alusiva ao dia D, nomeadamente as riscas alvi-negras que foram pintadas nos aparelhos aliados para serem devidamente identificados aquando das operações no dia do desembarque (e dias posteriores...) Infelizmente, fico com a ideia que pouco se aprendeu, ou que pelo menos, o que se aprendeu já começa a ser esquecido novamente, apesar dos bonitos discursos que sempre são feitos nestas alturas...

Há coisas que são realmente visões fantásticas... Uma delas foi a oportunidade de ver voar, no Paris Air Show 2005, em Le Bourget, um Connie ( Lockheed Super Constellation ). This week, haven't been to the airport, so nothing new was actually calling my attention for the highlight of a Photo of the Week . So, decided to get back some years and elect one of the Airbus SuperJumbo A380 pics I had... Back in 2005, the equipment was worst and the photographer was also definitely worst...so, despit the dozens of pics taken at Le Bourget - Paris Air Show , not many are really worth to share... Anyway, it's not everyday you get the oportunity to photograph the first of a kind, specially if it's a special kind, like the A380 ... F-WWOW

Once again, was still unsure of what pic I'de choose for this week's photo but, this afernoon, while talking to my colleague about the curiosity of beeing 06/06, realised that it was the aniversary of " D DAY " and instantly remembered this fantastic C-47 at Le Bourget that I had photographed back in 2005, bearing the colors of an American C-47 during that operation, with the white and black stripes... Decided that it would make a nice pick for this Week's photo...(and gave it a litle bit of a processing to make it more on the spirit of D-Day.... ;) ) 42-100558 at the Air Museum of Le Bourget.  Preserved at the Musée de l'Air since 1970, but in 2004 it was repainted in these fake colours. It now represents USAAF 42-100558 'Buzz Buggy', but it is in fact ex FAF 92449, F-BEFB, USAAF 42-92449.
