Planes and stuff

Back to May, a few shots of Transavia at Madeira. Transavia France A320NEO F-HXSN, arriving from Paris - Orly Ready for push-back, with a Transavia A321 arriving from Amsterdam With United B737 MAX N27273 taxiing to runway 05, for the departure back to Newark

Shooting Easyjet's at late afternoon is a good oportunity to try some panning shots.... Not too eager on the pot...1/30 turned out ok on the back and on the plane (except for the engine...) A320 OE-IBF. arriving from Lisbon

 This month we had United back to Madeira, from EWR, with its B737 MAX8 birds... Currently not really fond on US Americans but, a diferent traffic is a diferent traffic... (by the way, if you are one of those stupid red necks offended by my last sentence and feel compeled to protest...don't. Comments are moderated and will be deleted without even reading, because I don't give a fuck on your opinion...You allways have the option to go to the Madeira of the Pacific....)

 Back to last month, Easyjet A321 G-UZMC arriving at Madeira's runway 05, from London Gatwick

Tried a diferent spot for the lining up of the Binter ATR-72 EC-NGF on runway 05 but ended up not resulting quite as expected... With TAP A339 CS-TUD, Easyjet A321 G-UZMC, Transavia A321 PH-YHS and Tuifly B7378 D-ATYL on the apron... The main purpose was trying to get a dual shot with Binter and Norwegian Epic cruise ship that had departed from Funchal but I was too low and level with the runway to get them both in a decent framing

On the same day of RAF's A400 (check HERE ), also made my first shots on another 400th Delivered almost 2 years ago (March 2024), and with a few landings at Madeira, only last Feb.6th I made my first shots on Easyjet's 400th Airbus livery, A321NEO OE-ISH. Arriving on runway 05, from Berlin

Today went for the first spotting of 2026.  Happy New Year everyone! Got some interesting stuff...mainly the A339 landing later afternoon and then some panning playing on the begining of the evening... Transavia new livery got quite a delay so, didn't wait... The Easyjet A320 HB-AYP departure to Basel was one of the pannings that turned out ok... 1/20 panning, with ISO800, with a Canon 760D...I guess it could be worst (and a lot of the other pics were...lol)

 Back to the begining of September, on the day I made my first Transavia retro shots (check HERE ), a few pics of Easyjet's A320 OE-LSP departing from runway 23, back to Lisbon First time I publish pic of this registration

Easyjet on the double with some atendance at the air side balcony of the terminal, watching Easyjet A320 OE-ICF pushing back, with OE-ICJ by it side.

 Despite beeing around for quite some years now, still haven't got many shots on the SAS "new" livery so, with a nice light and Brussels Amare Tomorrowland coming next, went to the airport for some shots, yesterday... A320NEO EI-SIL, arriving from Stockholm Taxiing to runway 05, for the return, with the apron already with almost full house  Departing, with Brussels Airlines special livery, taxiing to the stand....

 Finally some sun for this one... Brussels Airlines brought A320 OO-SBB Tomorrowland livery for the the return to Madeira. The first flight of this return was carried by this special livery. Unfortunatelly, it was quite dark and rainy....managed some shots (HERE) but definitelyt, it shines a lot more with a sunny afternoon... Entering the stand, with Condor A320 D-AIAI from/to Dusseldorf and F-HTVV, from/to Nantes. A bit of an overview...

Back to January, a couple of shots of Easyjet's A320 OE-IBS, on a "light livery", as I call it... Arriving from Berlin, on short final to runway 05. Curiously, a few months later, it was my "ride" from the same origin...

Finally, some shots on Brussels Airlines new livery. First time for me. A320 OO-SBC arriving on runway 05, from Brussels, yesterday afternoon. You can check all my Brussels Airlines shots HERE Smoke on, for the photo of the week... Didn't wait for the departure, as the light was getting worst and cloudy...

 Um registo obtido à saída de LPMA, num fantástico dia de sol e poucas nuvens, em que quase dava para meter a ilha toda no enquadramento, com o aeroporto da Madeira em primeiro plano, o Funchal ao fundo, na costa sul e a costa norte também descoberta de nuvens, tal como o maciço central onde (na versão original, pelo menos...) é visível o radar do Pico do Areeiro e as eólicas do Paúl da Serra... Achei curioso a forma como, no vale de Machico, a construção parece escorrer pelo vale, até ao mar...

 It could be just another Easyjet but as I checked, noticed that I hadn't published any pics of this registration in quite some time....back to 2014, still with Monarch flying and the old Easyjet livery... check HERE A320 G-EZUZ, arrriving from London Gatwick, on runway 23, with the follow me car... Back to July, an overview, on a day planes were beeing diverted from Madeira, probably due to wind out of limits...can't remember...(could be visibility but, more probably, winds...)

This one really makes it up to the name of the blog...(planes&stuff...) HiSky has been coming for quite some time but still haven't made any good pics of it...thought yesterday would be the day but it went to A07 with lots of stuff around and in front of the plane so, no clean photos of it... A320 YR-BEE, just arrived from Bucarest With Easyjet A320 OE-IZJ on its side, preparing the return to Porto. Meanwhile...Easyjet departed but, with runway 23, the push-back was made to behind TAP's A320 CS-TNU...(and after the departure of Easyjet, Portway handlers parked some stairs on the island that made it just in front of the nose of HiSky....)
