Planes and stuff

Há um ditado que diz que o jardim do vizinho é sempre mais florido...e no caso do spotting, isso é bem verdade já que por mais fartos que os spotters locais estejam de um determinado avião ou companhia, para outros, esses mesmos movimentos podem ser motivo de destaque... Há já muito que não faço uma viagem de spotting, limitando-me a registar, na medida do possível alguns movimentos enquanto em trânsito, como foram o caso destes, em Lisboa (LIS/LPPT)... Nestes casos específicos nem se tratam de novidades absolutas já que qualquer uma destas companhias / aparelhos andaram pela Madeira mas, há já muito que por cá não põem rodas e é sempre agradável revê-los... D-AIDX, A321 da Lufthansa que, depois de algum tempo a voar para a Madeira, decidiu abandonar as rotas.... CS-TFT da EuroAtlantic....estes aparelhos também já marcaram presença pela Madeira mas, apesar de ter preferido "apanhar" um B777, é sempre bem agradável registar um aparelho destes, mesmo que através da janel...

After all, oposite to what I said last post , that wasn't the first time an Euroatlantic B767 landed at Madeira. It was probably the first time that CS-TFT was here but Euroatlantic made a few flights to Brasil with the B767 You can check the pics (including one of mine....lol, have to check those things better, next time...) These photos were one of those that I didn't even remember that I had taken and quite precious they are. As far a I know, it was the first time an Euroatlantic B767 was around here. Also, B767 other than SBA's aren't that usual around here... This flight happened due to the Icelandic Vulcano ashes. Traffic was grounded for a few days around here and in other parts of Europe, so Tuifly brought a bigger plane to take all the grounded passengers at our island. I remember seeing this plane going to the Canary islands on behalf of Tuifly and thinking that it would be great if they made the same with Madeira passengers.... As far as I can remember they made 2 flights on that day. I only caught the morning one... The nice early morning sun was quite far away... Anyway, on this case there's probably a Murphy Law, stating that the sun allways comes out right after the plane lands...  After rotation, taxiing to runway 05 

Last Thursday noticed, on the afternoon, that the Condor flight was beeing made by CS-TQK , from White . The week before the same had already happened but as it was a first day of flights after a the ashes shut the airport for a few days, thought that it was related to the need of extra flights.... Didn't go to the airport the last week but on the one before, did get that White , making a Condor flight in the morning (it came back on the afternoon, although I didn't get it then) It was a rainy early morning and the little sun was on the wrong place...ISO400 and 1/250 at 363mm... Defnitely not the best conditions.... After a few arrivals we went to the terminal's balcony to shot the departures and other arrivals, as runway in use changed to 23 and on the "cargo", we get nothing of that runway. Wind wasn't too strong or steady. While the White pushed back to runway 23, on the back, the other "catch" of the day, a rare B767 from Euroatlantic...
