Planes and stuff

 Air Nostrum CRJ-1000, EC-MPA...a frige ...arriving from Madrid, after a couple of days of wind problemas at Madeira, in the begining of the month...

 It's been quite some time since I last got an Air Nostrum... A couple of shots of special livery Reserva la Rioja, Bombardier / Mitsubish CRJ-1000 EC-MTZ, arriving this morning, from Malaga...

Back to March, a couple of shots of Air Nostrum CRJ-1000 EC-MSL, on final to runway 05, from Madrid, with a little bit of crosswinds...

Uma de 16 de Setembro, com a chegada do CRJ-1000 EC-LJX, a taxiar para o stando, passando por uma parelha do Ejército del Aire que tinha chegado há pouco dos Açores, após exercício ASAREX23: Super Puma HD.21-18 (ver AQUI )  e CN-235 D.4-04 (ver AQUI )

After quite a long time without going to the airport for some pics, a quick stop for some rather rare birds (for me....) French Air Force Socata TBM700 F-RAXJ arriving from Faro  and (a lot more common but, still one of the few for me, this summer), Air Nostrum CRJ-1000, arriving from Madrid...

From the same day of Condor green stripes, (check HERE ), my first shots of Air Nostrum for this season... Mitsubishi CRJ-1000 EC-MTO, arriving from Madrid...

With BA new special livery for the first time at Madeira (check HERE ), it may look strange that I didn't choose that bird for the pic of the Week but, those pics were more for the record...none really "made my day"... With only one Air Nostrum published this year on the blog, it was one of the airlines on which I owed some pics... One of the 2 Air Nostrum of the day, CRJ-1000 EC-MNQ departing from runway 23 back to Madrid (the other one was EC-MSB from/to Barcelona)

 From last Monday, a few shots of the arrival of Air Nostrum Mitsubishi CRJ-100 EC-MJP, from Madrid. On a windy day, the shots really don't give credit to the crew's job on making a sucessful landing...Good job captain!

Air Nostrum EC-MRI, a CRJ-1000 with the Islas Cies de Vigo special livery Haven't got many Air Nostrum planes last year but, still have a few unprocessed/unpublished in my archives...usually on bad weather... This week news got out announcing the Barcelona - Madeira route by Air Nostrum , for the summer so, remembered to share this one, taken on the same day of the Luftwaffe A310 Medic1 (check HERE )

From the same day of Eurowings Europa Park special livery (check HERE ), my first pics of the year of Air Nostrum, that started flying recently to Madeira again, on its summer operation. CRJ-1000 EC-MTO entering the apron, after a runway 23 landing Thumbs up! and the crew always enjoy making some shots on a new destination :)

Well...this one was forgoten on the summer files...back to July 2015... One of the liveries that we expected most, from Air Nostrum, celebrating the airline's 20th Aniversary... yeah...it's hard to believe it was forgoten until now.... Pic of the Week, EC-JNB, a CRJ-900 taking off from runway 05  And a few more pics... landing on runway 05 taxiing for the return flight...the 20th aniversary sticker is only on the left side... take-off....

Este ano o Porto Santo contou com mais uma estreia: A Air Nostrum, que efectuou voos de Madrid e Santiago de Compostela. Apesar de também voarem para cá, este ano acabei por apenas fazer-lhes umas fotos precisamente no Porto Santo. Ficam uns registos da chegada do CRJ-1000 EC-LOV no primeiro voo da manhã, à chegada de Madrid. aterragem pela pista 36 taxi para a placa numa manhã com um sol fantástico, depois de uma noite de chuva. Outra perspectiva da placa, já quando o Air Nostrum embarcava os passageiros do voo para Santiago de Compostela (à tarde faria o voo de Santiago de Compostela para o Porto Santo, regressando por fim a Madrid) Em primeiro plano, o C-295 16705 da Esquadra 502 da Força Aérea Portuguesa, destacado no Porto Santo (AM3)

Normalmente não gosto de fotos do avião apenas contra o céu mas, o CRJ-1000 da Air Nostrum tem um perfil, especialmente neste ângulo, que dá um toque extra de interesse a este tipo de fotos, especialmente com esta luz de final de tarde... Numa paragem rápida ao final da tarde, tive oportunidade fazer umas fotos a uns aparelho que normalmente passam pouco em frente às minhas lentes, em virtude dos seus horários.... A foto da semana vai sem dúvida para esta descolagem do CRJ-1000 da Air Nostrum, que partia em direcção a Bilbao, após dia de voos para a Madeira, na rota Bilbao-Madeira-Madrid-Madeira-Bilbao. Outro que se preparava para sair também era o Enter Air SP-ENH, um B734, aqui na corrida de descolagem da 05 para Paris, Charle de Gaulle Mais um par de fotos do EC-LJT, o CRJ-1000 da Air Nostrum na descolagem

Yesterday we had, in less than half an hour 3 Air Nostrum's, including the premiere of one of their new CRJ-1000 in a new flight, from Madrid. The other 2 were CRJ-900 in the already know routes of Valencia (VLC/LEVC) and Bilbao (BIO/LEBB) With the oportunity of going to a couple of cockpits, the one from the CRJ-1000 deserved the choice for the Photo of the Week... The cockpit of the EC-LPN, a new Canadair CRJ-1000, received by Air Nostrum in February The CRJ-1000 landing on 05, arriving from Madrid EC-JZT, one of the CRJ-900 One wheel landing... EC-JYV, the other CRJ-900 3 in a row...looks more of a spanish airport than Madeira.... The cockpit of EC-JYV, one the CRJ-900 And another view of the CRJ-1000 cockpit...
