Planes and stuff

Never got the first Norwegian with the UNICEF livery (at least I think it was the first one...LN-NGE) but today noticed SE-RXA, with a new UNICEF livery (from July 2022, I believe...) and didn't want to miss the oportunity, again, for some shots, even if I wouldn't be able to get the arrival... On the departure back to Copenhagen...

The UNICEF liveries are my favorites among the Easyjet special liveries. After getting G-EZIO for a couple of times, was still missing the other plane with that livery: G-EJAR Beeing now based at LIS, has been coming here for a few times so, finally managed to get it... Three years after its last (known) stop at Madeira, finally we got another visit from Easyjet's G-EZIO, carrying the UNICEF special livery... Well worth some shots, even with the rain and wind... This one turned out the only aceptable shot, with all the wind and rain... By the way...remembering the visit 3 years ago, during the day...Check the entry HERE

Last Saturday, went to the airport to get a CJ (A319) that was supposed to arrive at late afternoon. Didn't even looked at the other traffic so it was a complete surprise (to me and to the other spotters) when one of the guys spotted Easyjet's G-EZIO, with the UNIFEC's special liverie that has been waited for so long around here... Too bad the sun was already gone, on the runway... taking a shot with the last sunrays, still on the apron... Departure back to London, from runway 05
