Planes and stuff

While browsing some older pics, found these couple of shots from June 2014 of OLT Express / Niki hybrid landing on runway 05 at late afternoon... Thought that I'd already shared it here but looks like I hadn't... OE-LEL was trying out a diferent spot, on higher ground...it's a nice one...have to try it some more...

Diferent liveries, even with the same colors are allways a good motiv for some pics. Last Thursday morning, the Portuguese Air Force EH-101 and the D-ABDB, with the OLT Express livery were motivs interesting enough for a trip to the airport... Despite the great weather in Funchal and until the GELO area, the airport had dark and rainy weather... entering final to runway 05 with some nice sun on the plane and in the back landscape... while at the airport, it was raining.... The departure was made already under some sun.... That's Madeira weather...
