Planes and stuff

Despite its simple livery, it's one of my favourites... Back from last month, Finnair's A321 OH-LZH departing from runway 05, back to Helsinki

Don't get many Finnair's so, last monday, as I was going to Santa Cruz, took the oportunity for a stop at the airport to get the departure of this bird, back to Helsinki. Runway 23 was in use and the sun was coming and going though the clouds... The Transavia France departing in front of the Finnair requested runway 05....oh crap, I tought...but, the Finnair departed from the "right" runway...runway 23 and even the sun that was treatening to go behind the clouds, stayed just for the take-off...quite lucky... With calm wind, a long trip ahead, Finnair's A321 OH-LZH made a long take-off, passing right in front of me... With Binter ATR-72 on the apron, getting ready for the flight to Porto Santo and a rainbow on the horizont ..and some nice reflections on the fuselage, against the dark clouds on the sky...

Yesterday's Finnair departure to Helsinki from runway 05 was quite a nice one, with a long take-off and then the wing down right after airborne... Was driving while they were cleared for take-off and got near the usual place at cantinas just in time to get out and making a few shots while it was passing by... Here's a couple of them...
