CR7 Jet

Imagem
Finally made some shots on the CR7 current jet: LX-GOL, a stunning Bombardier Global Express XRS, operated by Global Jet Luxembourg. This plane has been here for a few times but never did manage to make some shots of it. Opposite to its previous plane, this one is really nice and, like I said, with a stunning livery that looks great with this kind of light. Don't really know if he came or the plane just came to get his family but, don't really care...the plane was the aim. Check Arrived yesterday from Madrid and should depart tonight.

A Very VIP...

This morning went for TAP A339 CS-TUI and as I was there, waited for the landing of Global 7500 Global Jet Luxembourg LX-PAK, arriving from Lisbon. Looks like the passengers (or at least one of them) was considered quite an important piece of people, with some photographers, police near the plane, airport exit and along the expressway to Funchal and "black cars" with drivers waiting... Update on the passengers... It was Prince Aga Khan IV, that came for a Madeira Classical Orchestra concert.

Photo of the Week: Luftwaffe

After some flights and trainings at Madeira, finally got, for the first time, a Luftwaffe Bombardier BD-700 Global Express (14+07) Not the best meteo but, it's on the bucket...can always (maybe...) improve later.... Arriving from Spain, on runway 23, after a first training missed approach (quite far from from the airport)... Couldn't manage to wait for the departure....

From the same day of the premiere of AirSeven, the departure of Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express TC-CHN of MNG Jet, from runway 23, to Liberia International Airport (LIR/MRLB), after a technical stop. Quite lucky to get this one departing when I was passing at the airport...

Monarch with Sharklets and more...

Imagem
This morning, finally photographed my first Monarch A320 with Sharklets, after a few misses.... When I noticed, in FR24 that G-ZBAS was coming, decided to go for some shots.... Glad the weather wasn't the same as yesterday morning... Easyjet's A319 G-EZBM, arriving from Lisbon TAP's A319 CS-TTN, arriving from Porto From Nante (NTE/LFRS) Transavia's B738 F-GZHD  And finally, Monarch's A320, G-ZBAS...the weather had been nice but I allways expecting some clouds to cover the sun...fortunatelly, they were passing bellow the sun... On final to runway 05  The surprise of the morning...a Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express with Canadian registration: C-GLUL, from HRT - Chartright Air Inc...fridge white but still, a nice catch Was requesting clearance to depart when I was leaving the airport....  As I was there, decided to wait for the Enter Air, it's been a while since I last photographed one of these... After a strange and quite high a...

Nova foto da semana: Smoke on...

Imagem

Still around...

This morning went to the airport to photograph Belair's (Air Berlin) 767. D-AAAZ was still around, so got the oportunity for some close-up's...

A Couple of Bizjets

Imagem
These two beauties have been here for a few day's (at least since August, 25th) At first tought that this Global 5000 was a Gulfstream, but it does look better than the Gulfstream, that's not one of my fav. bizjets at all.... Here seen with TAP's A330 CS-TOK taxiing after its landing on runway 23 (and an aborted approach, due to traffic on the runway) This one has a very nice livery! As far as I know it was supposed to have departed this morning...
