Planes and stuff

Há já uns tempos que não apanhava um Embraer, pelo que, nada como apanhar uma novidade algo diferente... Suponho que não tenha sido a primeira vez que este aparelho esteve cá mas, foi a primeira vez que lhe fiz umas fotos...Embraer 195LR CS-TAY, baptizado com o nome da ilha do lado, Porto Santo. Recebido pela Portugália/TAP Express no final de Outubro desta ano, é já um avião algo "experiente", recebido pela Air Europa em Junho de 2010... Saída pela 23, em direção a Lisboa Mais umas da chegada, com sol, já que a maioria das fotos da saída foram em tom nublado, só começando a apanhar um solzinho já no ar.... O facto de não ter a pintura completa lá dá um toque diferente....

Já há muito que não fotografo um Embraer e este tem o sabor especial de estar baptizado com o nome da nossa ilha, "Madeira"... Estava convencido que ainda não o tinha fotografado mas, afinal já lhe tinha feito algumas fotos em Maio do ano passado e bem mais interessantes (e com uma meteo bem melhor...), ver AQUI . Fica o registo de mais uma passagem por cá....

On the last days, Europe has been shutting down due to the Covid-19 and Madeira is also taking more hard measures regarding the movement of people, on the island and to the island. Currently (at the time of this writing) there are still no confirmed cases of Covid-19 but a lot of thinks are getting shut on an effort to keep it like that (not likely..) or at least prevent a worst case scenario... Denmark is also one of the countries that will be shutting its frontiers. Great Dane was the only new airline coming to Madeira this winter and despite it made today's flight, from Aalborg, I guess next week it won't be coming and the traffic at the airport will not be the same as in this week's pic.... Let's hope for better days...  This week's pic, taken last Saturday, with Embraer 195 OY-GDA landing on runway 05, with a lot of traffic in the back...

Yesterday we had the first flight of Great Dane Airlines to Madeira. A flight from Aalborg, carried in one of the airlines Embraer (OY-GDA, an Embraer 195LR) Arrived by the end of the afternoon, on runway 23 A nice saturday afternoon apron.... Refueling...didn't wait for the departure, as the sun light was already gone and a bit of rain was coming...

Hoje, finalmente tivemos a estreia da TAP Express e dos seus Embraer 190/195 Totalmente inesperada (pelo menos para mim e muitos dos spotters), valeu pelo "head's up" :) Obrigado! O aparelho que ficará para a história como tendo sido o  primeiro Embraer da TAP Express por cá foi o "Porto", CS-TTX, um 195, que efetuou o voo TP1689 Lisboa - Madeira e TP1684, Madeira - Lisboa, pela hora de almoço. Aterragem na 05....  Taxi, até ao stand Alpha 05 Detalhe ao HUD A descolagem terá de ficar para outro dia/horas...
