Planes and stuff

Já há muito que não fotografo um Embraer e este tem o sabor especial de estar baptizado com o nome da nossa ilha, "Madeira"... Estava convencido que ainda não o tinha fotografado mas, afinal já lhe tinha feito algumas fotos em Maio do ano passado e bem mais interessantes (e com uma meteo bem melhor...), ver AQUI . Fica o registo de mais uma passagem por cá....

 This week, we got some losses...(aviation related...): The shutting of Great Dane Airlines.... (Embraer 190LR OY-GDA at Madeira, in March 2020. Check more Great Dane pics, HERE ) The last Tui Airways flight with the B757... (B757 G-OOBD landing at Porto Santo (PXO/LPPS), with Thomson titles, back in September 2014) and the last flight of Alitalia (now being replaced by ITA Airways as the new flag carrier)... (A320 EI-IKL at Barcelona, back in 2019)

Há já uns tempos valentes que não fotografava um Embraer... Tive oportunidade, no início do mês, de fazer uns registos à chegada (e saída) ao Porto Santo do CS-TPR, um Embraer 190LR da TAP Express, ao final da tarde, com uma bela luz...vale bem a foto da semana... Ficam 3 cliques da chegada, com os da saída guardados para mais tarde....

Já tinha uns tempos desde a última vez que tinha fotografado um Embraer... Gosto particularmente dos 190 nas cores da TAP Express. Fica um par de registos da descolagem do CS-TPS, um ERJ-190LR...pena que a corrida de descolagem tenha sido algo longa...teria sido excelente apanhar o rotate mesmo à minha frente, com esta luz..

 Fresh from this afternoon, a couple of shots of TAP Express Embraer 190LR CS-TPV departure to Porto, on a TP flight, after arriving from Jersey, as a Portugalia charter flight.

The first pic of the year turned out nothing really nice to remember...despite it was the first time I got a TAP Express on runway 23... Untill a few minutes before the arrival there was this nice afternoon light and then clouds "turned the lights off"... Embaer 190LR CS-TPW, from Lisbon... I guess the best pics of the day was really this "spotter" that was also at the airport :)

Finally, after more than 2 months and way passed Christmas, managed to get Finnair's special reindeer livery... was pretty sure I wouldn't get it... Thank you Finnair for keeping the spirit up in the air ;) With a landing with not sun on the side to highlight the reindeer, waited for the take-off and it payed well, on some nice sunny shots.... Continuando nos aparelhos da TAP Express, uma foto ao outro tipo de aparelho da companhia...o Embraer 190, operado pela Portugália. Um avião que considero bastante bonito. Teria sido interessante apanhar o "Madeira", já que apesar do nome de baptismo, não me parece que venhamos a vê-lo por cá mas, acabou por ser o CS-TPT, "Évora", iniciando o taxi, após o push-back.
