From the same day of Icelandair's 80 Years of Aviation (check HERE ), we also got, for the first time, Corendon's new special livery: Hull City B738 9H-CXG arriving from Cologne Landing with some tail wind...

A special one that already came to Madeira a lot of times but that I never had photographed before... Just for the record, maybe next time I can make some more interesting shots but, for now.... got it... Corendon B738 9H-CXA 1.FC Nürnberg livery With Tuifly SnowWhite D-ABBD Taxiing to runway 05

Back to publishing after a while away from the computer.. Easyjet A320 OE-IJK after arriving from Porto, on runway 23, with Privilege B752 EC-HDS and Corendon B738 9H-TJB on the stands

Since I can remember, Corendon summer flights (the only ones they make to Madeira...) have been made on Sunday mornings so the oportunity of getting a Corendon from a diferent spot with the right sunlight is allways interesting... This flight didn't managed to land on Sunday morning due to the winds and returned to AMS. The replace flight was made the day after on the afternoon, offering the oportunity of some shots from the "rampas" spot with no backlit...too bad it wasn't the special livery but...good can't really complain (but allways do...) PH-CDH on final to runway 05 on the apron, the premiere of the day with Air Europa's first B738 at Madeira, on its first flight from Madrid. More on that, later....

This year, Corendon's B738 PH-CDF is more colorful, carrying a new special livery. My Dutch is a little bit rusty :) so, have no idea what is it about... :) Anyway, a nice catch...despite landing on runway 23... entering the apron, after arrival from Amsterdam With HTA Ecureuil CS-HFR, based here for a few days for aerial fire fighting tests at Madeira.

Hadn't photographed Corendon since its first flight to Madeira (check HERE , with the Welcome bath), so decided to go for some shots on the saturday morning as there was also a cousin on board that asked for some pics. Entering final, after GELO... A bit unsteady final (it was the only one I saw getting some winds, that morning...) PH-CDF...the same registration as always

Yesterday we got the first flight from Corendon Netherlands. On the arrival from Amsterdam, the Boeing B738 PH-CDF was received with the water canons and the passengers with some Madeira souvenirs and a celebrative cake. Photo of the week...
