Landing of TAP's A319 CS-TTB at Madeira's runway 05

Today went to the airport to make some pics of TCS Expeditions/Thomson Airways B757 (G-OOBF) that's flying the Cape to Cape Expedition, wich had the first stop at Madeira. (More on that later) The weather was quite unstable with preriods of sun and some "waves" of light shower rain. Anyway that provided with some nice rainbows here and there that made some nice backgrounds... TAP's A319 CS-TTB with a nice rainbow... It would have been interesting to get the all half-circle rainbow but I didn't want any light poles in the pic... TAP's CS-TTJ crossing the rainbow while landing on runway 05. The gold pot should have been some where in the apron but i didn't see it ... :P

Returning to last month  photos, a couple of shots from TAP's A320 CS-TQD taking off from Madeira's runway 23... taxiing to runway 23 while its smaller "brother" A319 CS-TTB is landing positive climb.... Curiously this plane was also owned by another portuguese airline: Air Luxor and it was the plane that made the inaugural flight for this airline between Paris and Madeira, back in April, 9th, 2005.
