Planes and stuff

 This one, despite its age and not beeing nothing too special, seems perfect for this weekend...it Abu Dhabi F1 GP weekend, the last of the season with the Construtors Championship still to decide and a GP that will mark a lot of changes and good-byes among teams and pilots... Taken back in 2015, in Brussels, at distance, through the window...A330 A6-EYQ, now operating as a cargo plane for MAS Air Cargo...

Embaer ERJ-190 OO-JVA em Bruxelas.... Nem de propósito, no mesmo dia em que o DN publicou no seu Raio-X um artigo de debate relativamente à quebra dos números no Turismo da Madeira (ver AQUI a versão Gnose da autora, com fotos minhas e reacções dos partidos regionais), o NewsAvia publicou a notícia de que os voos TUI Belgium no próximo Inverno sofrerão alterações no sentido de downgrade do aparelho utilizado e rota do mesmo (ver AQUI ) Se, por um lado, em termos de spotting puro, acaba por ser uma boa notícia, especialmente para os que gostam do Embraer 195, como eu, um aparelho extremamente raro por cá, por outro lado, para o que realmente interessa, é uma má notícia, sendo indicativa de mais uma quebra na principal actividade da Região, o Turismo...claro que péssimo mesmo seria o terminus dos voos mas.........

:) Pois...a Ryanair ainda não tem helis (que eu saiba...) mas, este é daqueles registos em que o ponto de interesse está lá escondido mais ao fundo... Apesar de ainda não termos Ryanair a voar para a Madeira, já há muito que deixou de ser algo que me desperte particular atenção...agora o Chinook lá ao fundo já é outra história....infelizmente, não havia zoom suficiente para apanhá-lo a jeito... (estava com uma 17-85...) Considerando que a Forças Armadas Belgas não têm aquele tipo de aparelho, acabei por não conseguir descortinar qual a origem do mesmo, já que mesmo na foto original não vislumbro quaisquer marcas nacionais....Holandês?? EI-EVZ

The highlight of this week goes for this Air Transat...once more not for the quality or awesomeness of the pic but for the personal record... I really like Air Transat livery and after a many times spotting its planes with allways some kind of stuff obstructing the plane, finally managed to get one fully "clean", once more, through the terminal windows... Air Transat A330 C-GTSD, taxiing to the runway, after giving its plane to Etihad's A330 A6-EYQ (check HERE )

It's not usual (at least for me...) to get a plane on both ends of its usual route.... OO-TCH is one of the Thomas Cook Belgium planes that connects Madeira to Brussels.... Last month, at BRU/EBBR This week, at Madeira... FNC/LPMA

During the vacations, got my first Etihad... Taken through the terminal windows it certainly won't be winning any photo awards but well worth sharing as a personal highlight (together with a few other traffic that will be sharing for the next days...all photographed through the terminal windows, while waiting for my flight....)
