Binter's smoke on cabin?
Yesterday's Binter flight from Madeira to Porto Santo was a short one...
ATR-72 EC-KGJ, named "Madeira" had to return to the airport minutes after take-off (due to which a Condor A320 had to abort its approach) due to some technical issues...we weren't paying atention to the radio so, didn't noticed if the plane declared emergency...
Local TV stated that it returned with an emergency and smoke on the cabin (but you know you can't really trust 100% on those infos.....)
The cockpit probably didn't have any smoke, as the pilots weren't wearing any masks on arrival...but it is noticeable on a few shots that right after take-off, both pilots were interested in something on the instrument panel, as oposite of the usual eyes up of the captain...
Taxiing to the gate, after arrival...
the Firefighters took out of the HQ a firefighting vehicle and the command vehicle but stayed in front of the HQ with no intervention...
