By the date of this photo (29.Jan.2009) it already flying to Air Berlin, although it still mantained LTU's latest livery.

It's an airline with a nice livery. Unfortunately, lately has been coming around lunch time, on Saturdays...no good...

Centenário da Aviação Naval em Portugal

A Marinha assinala hoje o Centenário da Aviação Naval em Portugal, com um conjunto de cerimónias a decorrer  a partir das 14h40 junto ao monumento da travessia do Atlântico Sul, em Belém.
Ocorrerá um desfile militar, demonstração aérea, parada naval no rio Tejo e atuação da Banda da Armada.

Um dos Lynx da Esquadrilha de Helicópteros da Marinha foi alvo de pintura comemorativa a assinalar a data...sem dúvida que deverá marcar presença por lá...

The end of long-haul for Air Berlin

According to reports, Airberlin will need to cease its long-haul flight operations by 15 October 2017, as the aircraft leasing companies are gradually withdrawing their Airbus A330 jets.

airberlin will need to cease its long-haul flight operations by 15 October 2017, as the aircraft leasing companies are gradually withdrawing their Airbus A330 jets. The connection between Dusseldorf and Los Angeles will therefore be discontinued on 25 September 2017. Further cancellations will follow on 16 October 2017. On 29 September 2017, airberlin will discontinue services between Hamburg and Munich and between Cologne/Bonn and Munich. We regret the inconvenience for our passengers."

Hoje deixo um registo da única vez que apanhei o C-295 da Força Aérea no Porto Santo, este Verão:
O regresso do C-295 16707 ao Porto Santo, ao final da tarde, após uma MEDEVAC para a Madeira.

Apesar de muitos dos aparelhos já ostentarem a nova pintura semi-mate, o 07 ainda está com antiga pintura (onde são bem visíveis as zonas que tinham as inscrições UN, aquando da missão no Mali)

Um TAP "novo"

O mês passado, quando estava a acompanhar um companheiro de spotting do Porto Santo lá apanhei o "novo" A320 da TAP, o CS-TNY, já com os novos títulos flytap.com (sempre fica um nadinha mais colorido...)

Entrado ao serviço na TAP em Julho 2017, é um avião oriundo da Vueling, onde começou a voar em 2011 (EC-LML)
